Save the Date: EWWS Institutional Kick-Off Meeting in Milan

The European Week of Winter Sport (EWWS) is getting ready to launch its 2026 edition with an important institutional meeting in Milan.

On 26 September 2025, the Italian national partners and stakeholders will gather at the headquarters of CONI Lombardia for a high-level working session focused on the next steps of the initiative.

The event will open with a press conference in the early afternoon, followed by a dedicated session with institutional and operational partners, including public authorities, sports federations, municipalities, and key players from the education and third sectors.

The meeting will be an opportunity to:

  • Present the EWWS 2026 vision and timeline.
  • Share tools and opportunities for official partners.
  • Launch the national coordination campaign for local events and visibility.
  • Encourage synergies and cooperation to activate territories through winter sports.

The event marks an important milestone in the growth of EWWS as a platform for promoting physical activity, local engagement, and sustainable winter sport across Europe.
