Kickstarting alongside EWWS on February 1st, 2025, this exciting contest invites participants to create and share short promotional videos that highlight the themes of sustainability, local tourism, and community engagement in winter sports. The contest ends on February 15th, 2025, one week after the end of the EWWS.
We are going to choose the Top 5 Best Promotional Videos – You will need to create a short, captivating video that highlights sustainable winter sports, local tourism, or community involvement.
Winners will gain visibility across our platforms, receive awards, and help promote sustainable winter sports across Europe.
- Inspire creativity in promoting winter sports and their role in sustainable tourism.
- Highlight the connection between local culture and environmental responsibility.
- Engage communities in celebrating winter sports’ positive impact.
Submission Guidelines:
- Create a video (10-90 seconds) focusing on:
- Sustainable tourism.
- Winter sports’ environmental impact.
- Local culture and heritage.
- Post your video on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube.

- Submit your post link and contact details through the registration form on the EWWS website.
Evaluation Criteria: Your submission will be reviewed by an expert jury and scored on the following:
- Creativity (30 points): Originality and uniqueness.
- Relevance to Theme (30 points): Alignment with sustainability, tourism, and winter sports.
- Technical Quality (20 points): Video clarity and production value.
- Engagement (10 points): Likes, shares, and comments.
- Call to Action (10 points): Effectiveness in inspiring action.
Awards and Recognition: The Top 5 videos will receive:
- Inclusion in EWoWS promotional materials.
- Certificates of Achievement.
- Prizes, including winter sports equipment and eco-friendly merchandise.
