For the first time, a country outside the European Union is joining the European Week of Winter Sports (EWWS), and Canada is leading the way! As part of this milestone, Whitewater Ski Resort in Nelson, British Columbia, will host two thrilling events on February 7, 2025.

👦🏽 For Kids Aged 4-10 – A fun and inclusive multi-level ski lesson designed to introduce young skiers to the slopes. Kids will be grouped based on their skill level, progressing from basic techniques to off-piste fundamentals.

🎿 For Intermediate & Advanced Skiers – A special off-piste lesson focusing on technique and terrain adaptation. Led by expert instructors, participants will explore Whitewater’s legendary powder while learning essential skills for safe and controlled freeriding.
Organized by Red de Integración Deportiva (RID), these events celebrate the spirit of winter sports beyond Europe, marking Canada as the first non-EU country to participate in the EWWS!
