Call for Official Partners

Join the European Week of Winter Sport 2026 as an Official Partner

The European Week of Winter Sport (EWWS) will return from 1 to 8 February 2026, celebrating inclusive, sustainable, and accessible winter sport experiences across Europe.

After the success of its pilot edition, EWWS is now expanding into a pan-European movement that connects institutions, federations, and organizations committed to promoting active lifestyles, environmental sustainability, and social inclusion through winter sport.

Who Can Become an Official Partner

The Official Partner status is reserved for institutions and organizations operating at national, regional, or European level, capable of promoting the EWWS beyond a single local context.

Eligible entities include:

  • National or regional sports federations

  • Municipalities, provinces, and regional authorities

  • Universities and educational institutions

  • Foundations, large NGOs, and networks active in sport or sustainability

  • Public or private entities supporting sport for all, health, and youth engagement

  • Media Agencies

What It Means to Be an Official Partner

Becoming an EWWS Official Partner means joining a European network of institutions that support and amplify the movement across borders.
Partners are invited to act as ambassadors and multipliers, engaging their networks, promoting the campaign, and activating their communities.

As an Official Partner, your organization will:

  • Gain institutional visibility on the EWWS website and materials

  • Access the EWWS Toolkit, guides, and co-branded templates

  • Participate in international events, webinars, and networking sessions

  • Receive an official certificate of recognition from the EWWS Coordination Team

  • Be part of the European communication campaign #BeActiveWinter

What We Expect

We welcome partners who are ready to:

  • Promote the EWWS within their networks and territories

  • Supporting events during the EWWS Week (1–8 February 2026)

  • Actively embody the values of sustainability, inclusion, and community engagement

Participation is free of charge — what counts is your commitment, visibility, and contribution to the shared European mission.
