The first edition of the European Week of Winter Sports (EWWS) 2025 was a huge success, with thousands of participants across multiple countries, showcasing the unifying power of winter sports.
With participation from over 10 countries, it was a truly international celebration.
Its two thousand participants, ranging from school-aged children to university students and sports enthusiasts, took part in a variety of activities ensured inclusivity and accessibility for all.
The event encouraged participation in cold-weather environments, utilizing both natural landscapes and urban settings. With activities catering to all levels, from beginners to elite competitors, EWWS ensured everyone had the opportunity to join in and enjoy the fun.
