From local action to European visibility — the European Week of Winter Sport (EWWS) invites schools, clubs, municipalities, and associations to take part in shaping the 2026 edition of this growing European initiative that promotes sport, sustainability, and inclusion during the winter season.
Join us online on Wednesday, 19 November 2025, from 10:00 to 11:30 CET (on Zoom) to discover how your organisation can become part of this international movement and give visibility to your local winter sport activities.
During this engaging online session, participants will learn:
– How to register and organize local EWWS 2026 events.
– How to gain visibility through the official EWWS communication campaign.
– How to join the Photo & Video Contests and the Best Sustainable Practice Award.
– What resources and toolkits are available to help make your event a success.
– Insights and inspiring examples from European partners of the 2025 edition.
Speakers:
Experts from project partner organisations will share best practices and hands-on experiences, including representatives from EPSI (Belgium), EUSA (Slovenia), DES (Spain), BSDA (Bulgaria), L’ORMA (Italy), Kilian Jornet Foundation (Spain), NGO Nest (Germany), LUNEX University (Luxembourg), and Ski Club Rijeka (Croatia).
