On February 8 and 9, the 2nd Cruyff Foundation Days will take place at the mountain resort of La Molina (Spain), where more than 50 children and young people with disabilities, from different adapted sports projects supported by the Cruyff Foundation, will enjoy adapted skiing and snowboarding, as well as other activities, which will be carried out by the Play and Train technical team.
For more than 15 years, the collaboration between Play and Train, the Cruyff Foundation and La Molina, has allowed thousands of children and young people with disabilities to enjoy snow sports in an inclusive and accessible environment. The practice of sports contributes to improve their quality of life, having a positive impact on a physical, cognitive, emotional, family and social level.
La Molina Adaptive Sports Centre has the resources and the necessary professional team to accompany these children and young people with disabilities on their daily journey towards the achievement of personal and competitive goals, promoting values such as inclusion, effort and self-improvement.
Thus, Play and Train, the Cruyff Foundation and La Molina continue to join forces to make adapted sport more accessible and work to consolidate this day as an annual event that will continue to reach more children and young people, and expand the positive impact of adapted sport in the mountains.
